Question wheel loose

04 f150 4x4 5.4 102000 miles just changed lft frt caliber with bracket,
replaced wheel after tighting lug nuts @ 150lbs noticed that the wheel
slightly would move back and forth when grabing the tire by hand in all directions.there is some wear on each lug nut tread worn ?? can hear a slight metal sound when turning not all the time also a slight vibration when driving.an the new rotor has a wear marks on it.!! also has a new bearing..same ball jounts and tie rods.

The description of movement in all directions makes me believe that there is a bearing problem.
Who did the bearing?

OK!
No movement of the actual suspension parts.
There are 7 points of contact.
2 points where the Lower arm meets the frame.
2 points where the Upper arm meets the frame.
The Lower Ball Joint.
The Upper Ball Joint.
Tie rod end.
If there is no movement in any of those points then that leaves the hub.

I think that you have a failing hub/ Bearing Assembly.
Part #1104.

I would use a breaker bar to loosen the CV bolts

didnt have a breaker bar but used a pipe 2 foot long that sliped over my 1/2 inch rachet and used large pair of vise gripes to hold the cv from moving went slow and all 6 bolts came off without striping ! then i had to take off the actuator to slipe the new cv into place and there is a small peice of plastic that holds the gear into place gone replaced this only 2000 miles ago from dealer $120.00 going to dealer tomorrow for new one is there no end ?? the only thing keeping me from trading it is the hurricane film ..
