Well guys i may have found another truck which i will combine with my plow truck. There is a 2wd f250 for sale for 375 no engine, no bed, clean title. So i'd pull all the crap off my 91, engine, transfer case, dana 50 front. Move all the mounts over for the front axle, steering box.
The 91's bed which is awesome (rust free). Keep the doors, fenders, interior, rear axle, and scrap the rest, the frame, and the cab which are the worst parts. Gonna call the guy tomorrow. Hoping i can pay him some money to hold on to it until spring for me as i have no place to put it until i had the 91 torn down. The doors, fenders, and bumpers can then go on my diesel truck as they are in really good shape, and the beast will live!
