Does anyone know if this is true?any tricks or ideas to get that thing loose. thanks for any help or advise.
Iv got the tool to remove the arm from the gear box, im having a hard time removing the drag link from the pitman arm. and i really screwed up the rubber seal. can thoes be replaced without replacing the hole drag link
Tip: Don't waste the money on el cheapo chinese knock offs... They are usually so weak they break before getting the job done.
There are also smaller versions of the style of press Pili posted that will work.
Pickle forks are my last resort as they tend to destroy the seal and the ball joint. You may be able to find just a seal, but take a close look at the ball before you bother. If any scrapes or dents, replace it.
