Stopping and Preventing Rust
I got a 2004 F250 SD Crew Cab and I will be replacing the bed on it soon, Ohio winters have been hell on it. Since I will have it off I would like to address the rust on the frame and prevent it from occurring on the new bed. Does anybody have any experience with POR-15, Fluid Film, the Eastwood products, Chassis Saver or any other method to keep rust at bay. Just trying to decide which way to go.
Thanks in advance

i simply wire brushed and wire wheeled my under body and applied the products, its been a month since i did it and after early goose hunting this september it still looks like the first day i painted it. Ill post a few pictures for you too.
Although the eastwood and POR products are excellent and the best, they are "typicaly" used for restoration purposes and are usually a one time apply. I use the fluid film on a yearly bases and it works well. Use it on your door, hood, tailgate and body seals or whereever else. Can be a tough product to wash off but usually takes several washing to remove, will attract other dirt which can adhere to it but works as advertised.
