Ideas please!!
Im currently in the process of converting my 2000 excursion front end to the 05 - 07.
I have ordered a paintable bumper, harley davidson lights, a black mesh style grill and im removing the tan mouldings around the truck as you can see in my avatar. There is not many excursions in my city but 75 percent of them are completely black just like how i planned to do it. I really dont want to just be another black excursion so i have decided to paint the steel portion of the bumper and the tan mouldings a deep blue like nissans daytona blue. Anybody think this will look good or have any better color ideas so put me above the rest?

I would leave the tan and paint the new bumper to match the mouldings
Wife's ride is a 100% black Expy EL. It looks very nice, but we keep seeing 2-tone X's and Expy's. They just look better to us. I've almost got her convinced to let me get the bumpers and flares and moulding painted a tan so we can have a little contrast.
I would be scared of the blue making it look a little ricer-ish
