Since the cooler weather, I have started getting an IDM code but will only set the code if I drive before the engine is up to normal operating temp. Not driving aggressively either, simply applying normal pedal pressure will trigger the SES on and off. I have no drivability issues, and there is no pronounced miss, injectors all buzz equal and loud. They are Casserly injectors and still under warranty, so I will likely send them off. My thoughts are the solenoid, and I have not verified by swapping them, however these injectors were in my previous motor, and was getting the high to low open on injector 1, I did not note which hole each injector came from and where it went in the new motor, but I can assume(I know) that this was the injector from hole 1. New motor has new UVC gaskets and harnesses, and if you clear the codes after EOT is normal there is no code present. Any other thoughts?

Yeah I've been through all of these procedures with the wiring, maybe just the IDM or solenoid, and even cold everything has check out ok.
Initial gut feeling is a slightly week solenoid but I would think the issue would show itself when warm vs cold. .
Have you buzzed the injectors when the engine is stone cold?

Yep, no codes will show up after sitting all night, they all buzz nicely crisp and loud. Start it up no SES light, but as soon as any real load, not just backing out of drive or idling down the street will set an SES but get into the throttle even slightly if not up to OT SES will flash, immediately check codes with Scanner hooked up and 1275, Once up to temp, no SES and if codes are cleared no stored codes. Like I said there is no drivability issue, so I'm not terribly concerned.
Alan, you're right on with the solenoid. been there done that. same symptoms as you are having. must have got mine from the same ebay guy as above $60. and done.
Can't find his card right now but I remember it said " Hector with injectors" LOL
I had this problem last winter as well, I kept getting the code for Injector #1. It would shake and the only way to quiet the injector down was to run some Howes Diesel Treat.
