Vin # HELP
Hi guys,
I'm new here. I am looking at a 78-79 bronco (owner is not sure)and a great deal on it. Only thing is here in Md they are very tough on lifts and inspection and such so I want to get a 78(25 year old) and put historic tags on it so I wont have to deal with emissions and the lift laws.
The truck I'm looking at has a 6 inch lift and 3 inch body lift and currently has 39 inch boggers on it. (It needs new tires so I would get 38's)
Anyway could someone decode this VIn for me:

I really want this truck but if the truck is a 79 I'm SOL I guess.
