96 Idle Problems

Hey Guys! It has been a long time since I have posted but I have some questions about my truck. I have DTC codes for all three of the oxygen sensors on my 4.9 300 6 banger F-150. Out on the road the truck runs like a champ, but some times in stop and go traffic it begins to idle roughly. I will give it gas to take off and it feels like it has absolutely no power. It is a manual shift truck and usually when I shift to second gear it takes off like normal. I have already replaced all of the O2 sensors, but the codes keep popping up. I have pulled the plugs and they were all burning white, like it was running to lean, but the engine runs extremely cool. The truck is decent on fuel, knocking down about 15-17 mpg and has about 142k miles on it. Any help would be greatly appriciated and if you need anymore info please feel free to let me know.

erase the codes and see if they keep coming up, also look into a tune up if you haven't recently
