1997 4.2 low idle miss rough idle at 1050 rpm runs rich at idle and codes for all 4 o

97 4.2 low idle miss worse in gear says 35 to 42 percent load in park at idle on engine and drops some above 1100 rpm using scan tool and has 6 02 sensor codes 2 codes for rich with 2 codes heater malfunction belive on both upstream sensors and heater malfunction on both downstream sensors had bad carbine on plugs replaced all them slight help there no noticeable problem under load on the Road but same thing coasting at lower idle or just above 02s all but one reading 750 to 935 mv.except one it is 0 to 400 mv could one cause codes on all sensors or egr problem have cleared codes several times same ones come back after 15 minute run no other codes could possibly be electrical definitely runs rich at idle any suggestions ?
