cold air induction

I have an 04 psdwith 113k, I had my egr deleted and a 4in exhaust and a chip done, my question is If I put and cold air induction will it hurt the engine in the winter time, I live in NC

You dont need a cold air intake, the stock setup is best for a 6.0L PSD

Stock setup is a cold air induction and filters better than any aftermarket setup.

The zoodad mod is also pretty useless. All it does is open you up to rain getting your filter wet. If you look at the design of the header panel, you can see that air is channeled from below and force-feeds the filter inlet.

Cart, I thought about that so I made a little door for bad weather conditions & I dont drive it in the winter..........

It's still not an improvement over stock, so why create that hassle?

The only improvement people get from it is a slight sound difference and the placebo effect.
