Question Help with Diagnostic Codes

My Check Engine light is on, and I need some help with figuring out these codes. From what my code reader says, it appears that the Hard Code 552 (Thermactor air bypass solenoid circuit fault), and Intermittent or Continuous Codes are 212 (Loss of ignition diagnostic signal monitor signal/SPOUT fault) and 332 (Insufficient EGR flow). I know the SPOUT is related to timing, but I'm not sure why when the codes have been cleared it still comes up. My main question is does the Thermactor air bypass solenoid or valve related to the EGR flow? What is the Thermactor Air Bypass Solenoid and where is it?? Any help is greatly appreciated!
