four link alighment

So I did the four link front and rear. Trianglated the rear and here is my problem. The rear axle is shifted to the driver side an extra half inch to an inch under the frame. Hiem joints at the axle and brushing at the frame like a coil sprung radius ARM. How can I shift it over if I tighten the pass side it seems to move the tire forward not over?

I think you should start by measuring your wheel base on either side of the axle from the front axle to the rear, and see if there is any difference, half inch difference won't make any noticeable change in my experience though any further and I get do some adjusting. If the wheelbase checks out then obviously your links are not symmetrical under your frame or on your axle, so I seems like the answer would be cutting and welding. This is why several mock ups and the tack weld is your friend.

also check your housing to make sure you didn't spin an axle tube on one side. read a few weeks back where a guy did that and it fubared his link setup similar to what you describe.
