looking for opinions on what intakes people have used and liked.
Building a 393 stoker motor. Truck is used for towing and playing on the trials. Only gonna be turning 5,500-6,000. I want the power and torque coming in low and strong. I've used edelbrock in the past but have no experiance with wieland, power products or summit brands.

A couple of contradictions, and unfortunately you can't have both. No one is going to be screaming a truck at that rpm while towing, and unlikely on trails. Mud pit probable... You'll suffer from significant torque loss in that range, and torque is a trucks best friend.
What cam do you have? Cam and intake rpm ranges should correlate.
In my opinion, you're ideal safe red line rpm may be 5500-6000, but the optimal power range would probably fall around 2000ish-4500ish from that 393.
Depending how you take that and what you say your cam is we can go from there. Don't forget there is also general engine building forum here at FTE.
