I would lean more to lack of maintenance or poor. Alot of my customers are contractors they normally dont come in till something is broke....

 

Sounds like a worn poppet issue..

 

READ#29 Took No 1 injector swapped holes it was fine. Put known good injector in number 1 hole no fire. Yes wires are OK

Oil goes to all four can't stop it , fuel goes to all four can't stop it .......OP needs to check the wires again.. But what the hell do I know.

IDM or PCM won't shut down one

 

Going to do the IPR cleaning/rebuild today, along with oil change. Not my truck so who knows the last time it was changed? (Looks VERY THICK)

 

Keeping fingers crossed Change oil & should be ready to fire up.

 

Well if fired up EVEN without glow plugs. Still No1 cyl would not fire let it run for 15min All of a sudden no1 started firing w/oil out of spurts (was none before) Seems like it has to get temp up to get number 1 to fire why ?????
