The math works out to 35.5x13s, so they're probably 35x12.50s if you actually measure them. On stock wheels, I'd bet they'd rub both ways at stock height, and clear or barely rub with 2".
I am running 325/65/18's on my 07 and I really haven't had the truck long, but I'm pretty sure there is no level kit. They rub on the mudflap just when really cranked over, thats just barely.
