Edge CTS

Has anyone used the Edge CTS? I am planning on buying on to watch multiple sensor's, I'll even get the EGT probe and put that in so I can view it. I know that the CTS has 4 programming options the 5th being return to stock, I probably won't use any of these options but if people have used these options and had problems, then I won't change the programming.

What parameters does it read? I'm curious as well.

Here are 1 or 2:

I had asked cheezit which PIDs he would want, the top 25, and right now I think I have all of those in my SC II. (some are already in the SC II)

These are in there, one isn't working right now ICV, the rest are doin' fine:

Accelerator Pedal Position (%)
TXD: 07E02209D4
RXF: 0462050906D4

RXF: 046285140640
RXD: 3010

With a little tweaking you can adjust this to read boost as you said.

To do this, just plug in the MAP code - get a reading from it with the key in the on position but the engine off, then based on the reading changed the last 4 digits of the MTH to whatever corresponds to your reading on this table

yea that is awesome. I'll be snagging one of those soon. Does it show Torque Converter Lockup or does it just display what gear you are in?

I haven't done the Torque gauge yet. Should have this week while pulling our trailer.

Torque into torque coverter
07E022163A
04620516063A
3008
000200010000
CTQ Ft-lbs

Alt Torque into torque converter
07E122163A
04620516063A
3008
000200010000
CTQ Ft-lbs

Will plug both of these in on Monday and watch them for a few days.

I had the Juice attitude CTS. The insight is the same without the tunes. It even gave you info on your injectors. I sold it with my Excursion this past week. But I will buy a new one. I loved it. I had it set to watch the engine coolant/oil and tranny. Also the RPM and Voltage.

As for Edge CTS, I think they have gotten a lot better on the amount of gauges they will read, which is good. Also, Edge insight will also give you fuel pressure capability with the add on stuff. And it will read 8 at a time. I thought the total package was pushing $550, but I think I saw someone say they got the expandable for under $400. But that doesn't include the adapter for the fuel pressure.

I wouldn't do a tune from Edge. Heard that they are not easy on our trannies.

GIGGER, been real busy, July was a tough one then August went by so fast. This past week of vacation was a needed break. Went where there wasn't any internet!

They are Xgauge codes. Wonder if Edge is now using these codes. Linear Logic might like to know.

(I wrote that list)

That list I produced.

I have those entered in my SGII. I wanted them in as close to alphabetical as I could. I have had to make a couple adjustments, but it makes them easier for me to find.
