We are seeking some professional support does anyone have a Technical support line contact # with Ford? We are trying to start an engine in a 93 F-150 missing the transmission and plug for the transmission was cut. We were able to find two wire to connect to get the key to turn the engine over and we have spark. Engine will run on starting fluid. We think that if some more of the wires at the plug were connected the safety neutral switch would allow the fuel to be sent to the fuel injection rail and run. The engine ran fine before we took the transmission out. Also we took the gauge cluster out and have installed one from a 94 F-250 and the fuel switch is also connected can hear pumps kick on and the relays kicking in.
Please help we are stumped.
