Carli Video

Ford Super Duty Performance by Carli Suspension - YouTube

Video from Carli. I can confirm that their King pintop 2.5 system for these trucks is everything they say it is and more!

I think sgt93 would agree

Thanks

Great video. What does a complete suspension package run for a F350? The stability looks great. Would have loved to see more articulation of the suspension in the video.

I believe right around $4,000.00 in the US for the kit (not installed). I paid just a little over $5,000.00 installed in Canada. If you look at what the king shocks alone cost I though it was a very reasonable price for the complete system. I would add their bilstein high mount stabilizer at the same time. This suspension system killed my stock unit in short order. You can pound it very hard!

Thanks

Darren, thanks for posting. I love that video and wish I could attend their upcoming event in CA. The suspension is AMAZING. I had a KORE Racing system on my Dodge which was great and the Carli system just brings it a few notches higher. Carli has done an outstanding job for having just entered the Ford market fairly recently, however; they have been at the top of the Dodge game for ages.

Marauder, you are looking at the 4K range for the Pin-Top King 2.5 system.

Well FTE, this past weekend was frikin' awesome!! The crew from Carli Suspension put on one hell-of-a demo! Each of these guys were hardcore offroaders with a whealth of knowlage and expierience. Ask a question, and a solid and well thought answer was provided. Have a concern? Ask. Whats this do? Here, let me explain, then I'll show you. How fast will it go? Why don't you jump in, lets go! OK, ok, I know we have all been told by manufacture's that their suspension is the best. Some are good quality, some look super neat-o, some should not leave the mall parking lot. Carli's kit's, excuse me, system's, are meant for drivers who demand control, comfort, and realiability. Highway, hardpacked dirt, loose sand, whoops the size of that damn hybrid cutting you off - no problem. Bring it on. Tight jeep trails, easy. I never thought nimble and Super Duty went together, but I saw it first hand. How do I know? I drove that big ol' red super duty, twice. The first time was with Sage riding shot-gun, giving me pointers and keeping me in line. The second time, well, I was so confidant in this truck, built by this crew of bad-asses, that I loaded up my two little ones, and the wife, and hit the Socal desert like Ricky Bobby yellin' " I wanna go fast!" And I did. Whoops and bumps were takin' at speed, sand washes were drifted in, and dirt roads were tore up like cell phone bills. I hit one corner a little to fast, so I understeered, down shifted, nailed the throttle and rallied that pig like an STI in a European rally. Done. I forgot I driving a 4 door, powerstroke, straight axle tow truck. The wife was thrilled, and the kids were laughing out loud! All day I could only say " NO way!", or " This truck is not supposed to do this!!" But it did. And it will. And I'm getting my money together as we speak.

Ordered my King coilovers from Down South Motorsports a few days ago.
Can't wait to try them out. I hope they are going to make a noticeable difference on my dually. I want to catch big air over railroad tracks when pulling my 34' gooseneck!
(just kidding)
I will be happy if I can get a little more control when trying to track over our voluminous ruts here in Colorado.
After our county (542 square miles) got their first and only traffic light, the town is finally putting in a gravel road (upgrade from our standard dirt roads). I am looking forward to trying out "stutter bump central" after my shock upgrade, and am hoping I can keep double digit speed numbers throughout!
I think the other 4000 residents of this large county will also enjoy the upgraded (but terrible) road here, though I hope not everyone comes out at the same time to gawk at the new gravel and create a traffic jam. Clean truck? What's that?!
I remember it was just last night when I saw a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. Gettin' crowded around here! This must be what LA traffic is like during rush hour. Yuk...

(Minor thread highjack) Make sure you post your impressions after your install. It doesn't seem like too many folks are talking about upgrading DRW's vs SRW's, and sadly I have a disease where I can never leave good enough alone, so I appreciate info whenever I can get it. Especially dealing with Colorado's roads...
