Just did it a week ago.,,
I had the instrument bezel off (the one with the two a/c vents) when I did mine.
There is a phillips screw on the bottom that comes out and then you have to spread it apart at the seam which runs all along the bottom. It helps to do this on a warm day, not when its cold. This way the plastic is pliable.

Ok got the shroud off and i replaced to ignition switch because i couldnt get the truck to start by turning the key. i had to get under the hood and jump the Solenoid to start it. After replacing the switch it still wont start. What now???
