Question Help - Does the timing on this 2000 5.4 look right?? I have pics.

Wanted to time the engine before I replaced the chains and tensioners. The crank shaft notch is at 6 o'clock the passenger side notch between the two gold links is at 11 o'clock, the driver side seems to be at 12:30....I did notice the lower side of the driver side chain is loose at this point and I have about 3mm of play in the links just in that section, hence a stretched chain.

Is this causing my mark to be more at 12:30 and when replacing the chain will it move to 1 o'clock?? Looks to be almost one tooth off - should I just move that cam over a tooth when I put the new chain on?? Am I on the right track? FYI - Number one piston is at TDC

Any insight would be helpful and much appreciated!!!... here's the pics...
