fuel leak
i have a 06 powerstroke with a fuel leak coming from the lower left hand side of motor its cover front axle. it also runs rough at higher rpm til engine comes up to temp. but idles and strats with no problems. any ideals where to start

Fuel filters
When was the last time the fuel filters were changed? I had a fuel leak when I first bought truck about a year ago and took it to the dealer. The service rep said to swap filters and then bring it back if it's still leaking. I bought the 2 filters and installed the same afternoon. The leak miraculously stopped. Never did find out where it was coming from.
Rough running until warm could be related to several issues. I'm sure someone with more exp than I will chime in... Again my issues were injector related. Dealer diagnosed driver's bank bad. I replaced them and it runs like a Singer now. What oil are you running?

Did you check the banjo bolts that feed the fuel lines on the front of the motor? You can track them down by tracing the rigid fuel lines that leave the secondary filter and go to the front of both heads. Did you use Ford filters?
