Newbie Announcment
I have been lurking around in here before May of this year while I was looking for my new-to-me Ex. All of your pictures and stories made me really jealous and it seemed like ownership was not happening fast enough. Well, patience is a virtue, and I am proud to say that on May 10th, 2011 at 2:15PM, I had received a very beautiful girl, 226.4 inch, 7,770 pound, 2005 Excursion 6.0L Eddie Bauer Edition 4x4!!! Oh, I am so proud, and working very dilligently to get enough posts to be able to show all of you pictures of the little beast. Cigars were on the way for every one of you all, but after the first visit to the Fueling Station where 44 gallons of diesel were gobbled up like nothing, they got a little delayed.
So I just wanted to give everyone here a heads up that I would like to be a part of this great family and look forward to becoming a member of the "Empty Wallet Club" as well. I have already used some great ideas for Hera from the forum and there are many more things that I want to take away. But for now I have to let the cash flow settle down a tad bit after the initial hospital bill and the constant feedings of the little tyke.
Looking forward to to the camaraderie here...

She came out a little green w/ beige highlights, not my first choice of colors, but I love her just the same...

They were a sweet little bonus, only wish she had the lights on them so when you use the remote or unlock her she is welcoming me like she loves me...
