found out the clicking sound..it was my passenger auto hub. it was set between the LOCK and AUTO position. set it to auto last night and drove it this afternoon...no more click click click! wooo!

im going to order the MM Manual Hubs from 4wheel parts. rather not deal with the ESOF headache down the road.
