Headers
Hello I am looking for some help. I have a 1997 Ford F350 with a 5.8L EFI engine. I want to add headers. Does anyone know who makes a good header for my truck. JBA #1628S looks like it may work but I just dont know. Then I am wondering if I have air injection? I dont see it but i just dont know. If anyone could please help me I would appreciate it. Thanks

jba's are great, i run a set. if you have tubes running into your exhaust manifolds then you have air injection. Take some pics of both sides of the motor and post them up. this will help us help you.

I have never seen one of these trucks without air injection so chances are you do.. it'll be a rats nest of rubber hoses and valves on top of the motor. This system is there to feed fresh air to the cats only and if you are replacing or removing the cats it can be eleminated without affecting engine operation... as long as you don't need it for emissions testing that is.
