P0302

1998 F150 with 4.2 L engine. Trips a P0302 code when under load, will not do it idling or just reving. I have changed the coil [ack, plugs and wires. Any other ideas, the truck shakes bad and runs like ****.
Thanks

Only thing left is cylinder 2 injector.
Check and seat the connector first, if still an issue consider swapping an injector position.
Good luck.

Good deal. You had the forsite to check new parts.
Saw this happen a number of times over the years.
The wires have carbon filiment cores and can break with a sharp bend.
They normally have a measureable resistance to help with radio noise etc.
A check on AM radio often shows it up as a shot noise everytime the cylinder is sparked.
Good luck.
