I just saw a commercial of a young family at the mechanic with thier old chev pick up. The mechanic told the man to get his stuff out of the truck cause the truck would cost more to fix than it's worth. The man found a pic of him and his old man in the glove box, with the truck when the man was a boy. Then the man handed the mechanic a blank check and told him to fix it anyway. Now as nice a story as that is, chev must be fully aware of thier stuff being junk having made the commercial. They could make the same commercial with a new rig off the lot. hahaha
I don't know man. These new POS Chevy trucks...sure. The old 50-60's ones? They were great trucks.
I had a 1971 C-10 longbed. The wife and I are still trying to find another one. My dad sold her in 2001 while I was deployed before I could get back to Texas and drive it to Seattle. It's still probably my #2 favorite vehicle I've ever had.
I use to be a Chevy guy and trashed talked Ford. Then a friend convinced me otherwise. I bought my 2000 F350 cc srw 7.3 about 3 years ago. Now I drive down the road and look at Chevy trucks and wonder why anybody would buy one. These Fords are built so much better.
Back to the original topic, I don't think Chevy thinks a whole lot. If they did they wouldn't have needed bail out money.
