Pump name?
I think I need a new vacum/air pump ?
2002 F-350 7.3
Air conditioner wont always work , same with heater and 4x4.
They are all run by the pump under the hood arent they?
I was looking on Ebay for one but am maybe not using proper name?

I think this is what you are looking for, But I'm with Bulla would look for leaks before replacing the pump.

The 4x4 hasnt worked proper for a long time but the ac and the heater always worked.
I figured a leak probably going to the front wheels but that wouldnt affect the ac would it?

It would if you were trying to use the 4x4. If I'm not mistaking, when you have a vacuum leak at the front hubs and you try to use 4x4 high or low with the esof it will default the ac to blowing out the defrost due to a loss in vacuum. If it does it just randomly not in 4x4 then this would not apply.

Sometimes , shutting off the truck then restarting will let the AC work.
Fan and stuff blows but nothing comes out the AC vents.
Sometimes hot air blows out the AC vents.
AC works well when its coming out the right holes.............
