I just bought a 92 F150 with a 300 I6, it has been missing so im changing the spark plugs and the wires while im at it, the old sparkplugs are so rusted i cant unscrew them, ive already tried WD40 and PB Blaster, sitting over night, ive even broken a ratchet on one, given it was a cheap tool, but still. any suggestions?
Well all I can say is use more penetrating oil, Break Free has worked pretty well for me in the past, its a little heavier than WD-40 and can penetrate better given time.
May be every evening put on more oil (more often wouldn't hurt), until the plugs will break loose.
May be when you put the new ones on you could used just a touch of anti-seize lubricant.
As mentioned before, soak the crap outta the plugs with a penetrating oil (I only use PB blaster) and repeat the process until they finally break free. (Cheater-bar on a breaker-bar may be your best friend). Been there done that.. Be extremely careful not to break a plug, and use your head. If you get it to break free, even slightly, use the back and forth method. Loosen it a little, tighten it a little, loosen it a little, tighten it a little... etc, etc, etc.. You will eventually get them.
Ditch the WD-40, it's not a penetrating oil. The best penetrating lubricant is Kroil. PB Blaster is good too. Just keep spraying it on every hour or so for several hours then use the breaker bar like others have recommended.

It's not uncommon for any engine to have sparkplugs rust in after a long period of time... especially if no anti-seize is used...
