Ok first I want to say thank you to everyone I have learned alot from all the information that I have read and from the answers to the questions I have posted. Thank you everyone
Anyway I have a question on how can you tell which injectors you have? Here Is what mine says
United technologies
Made in Italy 10-85
Hsm 780519
Nhm 780428
And on the part Im not sure the technical name for it but where the socket would grab it and on a bolt I would call the head anyway on one side it has a letter (B) not a G and it has me confused
They are B code injectors. If there is a double like (BB) then they are the BB code performance injectors. The G code are what came on the stock engine from the factory i believe. So your injectors have been replaced at some point.
Let me do some research and get back to you......There, it looks like the B's did come stock on the engine, but any of the injectors would work as shown here:
Found this on Thoroughbred Diesel:
Injector, Delphi, NEW code letter [a,b,bb,c,d]
Part # 6760301
They were in my truck and it ran pretty decent I was just trying to find out if they were better than than g code it don't matter though I'm gonna be buying the bb code injectors from dps
