Maybe I'm just lucky, but my 67 doors don't squeak. Of course when I first got it,I lubed all the hinges so they would move a little easier. They open and close like new!!
I feel fortunate, in that my `69 is the same way. The drivers door sometimes takes a second swing to fully close, but the pass. door closes with just a small amount of pressure applied. It never saw much use, mostly me when I was younger and we were going fishing or hunting!
How the heck do you get rid of the squeek? I've lubed the hell out of the hinges to no avail. I was starting to think this was just some inherent design flaw that couldent be fixed . If anyone has any ideas please help.
Replace the hinge pins and bushings. Get the brass bushings and use a parafin (sp?) based lube on both parts before assembly.
One the hinges are worn out, they have cross-worn holes and lube will only work for a little while. Nothing beats a tight fit on the hinge and brass bushings will not squeek.
I lubed up mine heavely so they could open with ease when I removed the doors for painting. They need to open with ease since the shaved door handle kit requires it.....

Where can I get the pin and bushing set? Motor Haven and one other usual suspect didn't appear to have them...
I too have sprayed quarts of white lithium grease on door hinges, still there. Thinking about having the truck dunked into a big vat of WD-40. (Might as well get them all!) Next will be the pin replacement. Just dropped a warmed up 390 into it, Wheeeee!!!! '72 F-100 4WD
I fixed mine with an old fasioned oil squirt can, with the big nozzle, filled with 10w30. A little applied to the hinge goes a long way. One squirt last year and still no squeak.
