new guy, 4wd conversion

I am new here and not very familiar with the mechanical side of these trucks. Listed below are my Ranger, and a bronco II that I have the opportunity to buy for pretty cheap. I was wondering if I could use the 4wd components from the bronco to make my ranger 4wd. would the transmission from my ranger bolt up to the transfer case or would i need the transmission from the bronco? if not, will the tranny from the bronco bolt up to my 4.0? how difficult is this mod, is there any other modifications that are necessary to complete this like motor mounts or anything like that? Any advice would be awesome, I would really like to make this work, I need the truck for work, but I need 4wd before winter. Thanks!

1994 Ranger, 4.0, 5spd manual, 7ft bed, 2wd
1984 Bronco II, 2.9 (I think), 5spd manual, 4wd

You would be far better served by fixing up the B2..........They are very good off-road, and starting to get scarce.
