2wd to 4wd Conversion
Hello I have a 1990 Bronco II that I just purchased in SC. I am from IN and we get snow in the winter. I was wanting to convert it to 4wd. I read on a forum that most 2wd Bronco II came with 4wd trans and had dummy transfer cases mine does not I was wondering if I popped off the tail shaft housing if I could bolt up a transfer case and convert the front end to a straight axle. Then have a 4wd without having swap transmissions.
