Halp I'm not too bright!

Daughters 03 escape's washer fluid hose is disconnected. Loosened inner fender and bumper and found a short length of hose coming off the bottle. Hit the pump and it works well. I can't find the other end it fits over. Have to feel as I can't see in there. Embarassed to say I found something by feel, stuck it on there and gee wiz I was filling the headlight. Had to drill a tiny hole to let it out ( don't tell anybody) Anyone know how the hose to the front wiper is routed?

Perhaps the diagrams here will help. fordparts.com

I find it easiest to search by Model instead of fumbling around w a vin.

Once into the diagrams, click on the Wiper and Washer category.

I went on this web site, and for every category I selected, the answer always came back the same: "there are no parts for the category you have selected."

Seems to me this web site is just using the cross marketing approach to sell you stuff. Registering on this site, to me, is a waste of time, if you're just looking for information about your vehicle........kind of a bait and switch approach.

You don't know what you're talking about - there's no bait & switch. I've never registered to use the fordparts.com site & I've never purchased anything there: I just go there and find my vehicle without using a vin, just to look at the diagrams, as mentioned....

Shop by Model -->> click Model -->>Select a Year -->> 2003 -->> Select a Make -->> Ford -->> Select a Model -->> Escape -->> click Search Catalogue -->> new page opens -->> Select a Category ->> Wiper and Washer -->> Select a Sub-Category -->> Windshield Washer and Related Components -->> click the pertinent View Image to see the diagram.

Pretty simple, really.

Windshield washer and related components diagram from the FordParts.com site:
