I have a recipe for hot apple pie, there is good and bad. It can only be made in gallons, and it sneaks up on you and gets you hammered hard. Ok so there really isn't any bad.............

I will bring some up to share

this will take away the surprise if I give you all the recipe now>

Here is is;
1 gallon apple cidar
1 1/2 gallons apple juice
2-3 cups sugar
cinnaman sticks 5-6 (?? this depends on your taste)
Bring everything above to a boil.

Let cool and add a fifth of Everclear. i usually let it cool enough to drink it warm still, but either way it's really good cold.

What a day yesterday. Oldest had a soccer game, finally with ok weather. She scored her first two goals ever. All she needed was the taste, and now she's all about it. Before she would just run around the field. Following the game I took my girls to the renaissance festival. Face painting, swinging, gem stone finding, and food= broke, but fun.

Rich, I used to make a similar drink. We called it a "yuka", dont know how the name came about, but I can only imagine. It tastes better than it sounds.

(1) 5th of Absolute citron
(1) cup of sugar
(1) packet of lemonade (koolaid, countrytime)
(1) koolaid mixing container

mix all of the above and fill the remainder with water/ice to the top. The more of the packet you add will block the taste of the absolute. Not really a guzzling drink, but more of sipping.

CHicken.......

sorry, had to do it..

Good Monday Morning everyone.. Great weekend, wow. Boy had his second soccer game saturday, they won 9 nothing, their first soccer game was Wednesday last week, our coach asked the boys to stop shooting at the net, and pass the ball around to all of the players. We had 6 nothing in less then 10 mins. THe other team got their first score when one of our boys passed the ball back to the goalie, and he missed.. the other 4 went real close to that. In the last 5 mins the score was 6-4 and the coach told the boys to go ahead and shoot at the net, 10-4 final score.

We had moved the play scape a couple weeks back, then framed out a play area, we got 3 yards of mulch and spread it through out.. put a water pump in the sister in laws jeep.. not a bad weekend..

You know what I hate? Parts that are faulty out of the box. 89 150 with a 302. It's been converted to a carb, with the Duraspark II ignition module. Intermittent spark, spark not hot. So I say to my buddy (who's truck it is) there are only three things in this ignition system, the box, the pickup coil, and the ignition coil. Go to Napa and get all three. It's quick and painless. He goes to Napa, gets the stuff while I remove the cap, rotor, and pick up coil. Comes back, install pickup coil, install brain box, install new coil. No MF'ing spark. Start to test all the wires for continuity. All good. Test pickup coil, getting about .9v AC. So it's working. This takes about an hour or so. Buddy runs out of beer. Remove box. Go to beer store. Go to Napa. They test box. Box no good. Get another box. Make them test box. Box no good. Get more expensive box. Make them test it. Tests out good. Drive back to buddy's place. (It's Sunday morning at Silver Lake) Plug in box. Truck fires up! No more stumbling when it revs. Has more power. Happy buddy! Drink rest of buddy's beer.

way to many times I have ran into this.. you keep going back over everything you did, just trying to figure out what the hell you missed, and finally you throw your hands in the air and decide it isnt you..You feel both justified, and victimized
