diesel issue!!!!!

hi all; i have a 2005 f250 superduty with the 6.0 liter!! i have a bully dog programmer, egr delete kit, bully dog cold air intake, and just yesterday got arp headstuds, black onyx head gaskets, new oil cooler, and 3 new injectors!! run great for 220 miles then when i pulled into a friends drive way it started puffing whiteish grey smoke!! smells like fuel shut it off, hard start back, headed it to the house, about 15 miles developed a fuel nock, few more miles lost all power and died!! finally got it started again big wall of smoke all fuel all white!! died again wont crank its like its head locked to much fuel i'm guessin!! just had 3 injectors replaced that were bad, but only missed when it was cold nothing like this new issue, any ideas???????

Take it back to where the work was done and have them test the injectors - specifically looking at the three they replaced. Test the FICM also.

just thought i would tinker a little with her tonight, and was a hair low on coolant which was to be expected after the repair i just had, but i checked the oil and none is regeristing on the dip stick at all!! it is parked nose down on a slite incline thought that would just make it register low not off the stick??? i know they put oil in her i brought the oil and watched them put it in were would it have went, i see know puddles ever??

Don't even attempt to start it again until it's been looked at. Almost sounds like it's hydrolocked already.

Agreed. Someone forgot something somewhere. Sounds like an injector o-ring/washer if you're getting huge clouds of fuel. The no oil thing is completely puzzling. Check the overflow bottle to see if it's suddenly full of oil.

I see that you are in Arkansas. Who repaired the truck?

If you keep driving it your going to melt a piston or bend some rods. Make em warranty their work.

And the 6.0 is simple compared to the 6.4 and 6.7. With the EPA mandates, each generation is going to become more complex.

I could imagine how pissed you are....I hate having a down truck...

I would make them pay for everything that is or went wrong including the tow.

Goodluck!

Brians!!

yeah he usually does all the work on my rigg!! this head gasket job i really needed a loaner since it was gonna take a week, and he was way to high on the labor cost for the job!! he wanted like 3800 bucks and i supply the parts or 4700 and he supplied the parts, and that was minus injectors!! He is probably the best in this area or maybe his son cale at tyrant diesel in harrison, he just opened his own shop and is verys smart also!!
The guy i used name is Matt he works at hudspeth ford in harrison!! he gave me the best price, and worked beside Cale, and Bryan for a few years, also very good!! he was tellin me last night that i probably had an injector "#7" either stuck open, or tip is cracked bad or broke completly off!! he is checkin fuel preasure and pullin that injector this morning, and said he would have ford warranty that injector even though its not one of the new ones!! pretty good guy!!
