Why are you sending back the Livewire?

Could it have been the cause of your FICM starting to fail? I'm not sure. Coincidence?
I'm sticking around to see what comes up for this.

You really need to test your FICM now to see where you stand.

i was sending it back because i couldnt mount it properly and its just huge and to me the difficuly of use is another. I have had an edge and loved it. i was going to exhange it for the x3.. and get a sgII.
I also have wondered if it was the cause. less than 4000 miles ago replaced all 8 injectors and head gaskets and did egr delete. now too see the code troubles me

Bad FICM could be the reason for the bad injectors!

Could be, but am surprised it didn't throw a code for the P0611 during the injector issue.

And, someone not testing the FICM during that repair.

with buddy who is ford tech, plugged into computer and tests were all good. got and egr cods now even and the egr is working fine. he says the sct did something, so he totally reflashed me to stock and still throws a code and engine light. talked to sct today and they said once i get the other tuner to call them and they will take care of it. installed sgII today also

The SCT doesn't do anything to the FICM. It doesn't access it nor does it reflash it. That's only done with special aftermarket software or by Ford.

It's got a bad FICM and most likely needs repaired or replaced. They don't throw a P0611 for no reason. Resetting the truck back to stock erased the code as did the Ford reflash but now your problem is back because the FICM is bad.
