So i was throwing codes from EGR Valve and figured id take it out and clean it to get me through till payday, i got it out and cleaned it up pretty nicely just using a bruch as all the soot was soft but not wet.....well needless to say i was putting it back in and one of the bolts head broke off while tightening it....Does anyone know a way to get the bolt piece out thats stuck?
yeah ill have to look at it agian but im pretty sure there is nothing sticking up....do they make a Back out kit for things like this.....I thought i had heard somthing about some kind of back out kit?

It's called an easy out and requires drilling the center of the bolt. Sometimes with bolts like this if there's any kind of edge where it broke off you can take something (screwdriver, chisel, etc) and get on the very outer edge of the bolt and tap it backwards. I know that those bolts are small and in a very difficult spot and this technique takes a little finesse/practice but it does work. Other than that you'll need a very small drill bit and and an easy out, which has reverse flutes to screw into the bolt while you're turning it counter clockwise.
There are also "left hand twist" drill bits. If the bolt is not really cranked and stuck, sometimes the left drill will start to back them out then you can grab it with the channel locks. If not then the easy out is the recommended method.
