what do you guys think?
i have a e99 f350 reg cab 4x4 with rims/tires just rebuilt trans zf6 gauges chipped exhaust power everything 238,000 new fuel pump rebuilt the whole front end and i got offered 8grand books for 9700 and the trucks in good shape runs awesome, but i need more room i found a 95 powerstroke ext cab they any good? any input would be nice

Go bigger. Look for a crew-cab. You won't regret the extra space.
The only downsides are fitting it into a garage (it's long), and the turning radius (it's big). But you get used to it.
If the truck is really that nice, stick to your asking price. If they really want your pretty baby, they'll cough it up.

I love my CC SB. Occasionally I wish I had the 8' bed, but more often than not the 6 3/4' bed is perfect for my needs. The turning sucks, but you get used to it. I can park in any parking space in one try as long as there is an available adjacent space. Otherwise I can back into any space, even with cars on either side.
I LOVE the big back seat, and your passengers will appreciate it too.
