Great help! Unpluged the PCM. Rear lights are out. Now going to first check the grounds in the connector. Thanks!!

Ok the low voltage bleed to the 511 circut is definetly comming from the PCM. Cleaned and resecured every ground I could find. When it is plugged in the rear lights come on. Not sure of all the circuit numbers to trace and test. For example pin # 91 on the PCM connector digram says cir 359 "sensor signal return"? Anyone have a list of circut numbers.
