Vanair throttle control
Just bought a 99 F250 7.3L and found a throttle control module that has been wired in under the dash. The model is Vanair model # 264604 and has several wires hooked up to it. It is wired now to the RPM1 terminal on the module. does anyone know what this is, and could it be why the truck seems a little sluggish while towing. The previous owner knows nothing about it, he had bought it a couple years ago. thanks
