Help with wire ID

Take a look at this pic. Tell me if this wire is supposed to be hooked up to anything or not. It comes out of the small harness that goes to the fuel bowl.. (fuel heater, water in fuel light?) I can't seem to find anywhere it would go.... Anyone?

It's one of the 2. Just not sure which one right off hand. Check to see if it had voltage at the moment.

I'm going to subscribe to this one because the PO of my truck clipped at least one wire in that area.

If it is not a spark plug wire, it must be the water in fuel sensor:

OK, IT's for something that my truck (97) doesn't have. Cause the fuel heater and the water in fuel wires are plugged up......Thanks.

Its the connector for the fuel restriction sensor. You can see in the pic where the plug is in the port where the sensor would be.

What Pete said. It plugs in to what looks like a skinny theaded bolt end, IIRC
