EGR valve cleaning
Just finished cleaning the EGR valve. I let it go longer than I had intended. I had intended to pull it annually, but it has been apprx. 2 years since last pulled.
All-in-all, it looked good. The soot was only a light coating and it was dry. There were a few yellowish (brass colored) particles visible from the intake hole. Not sure what they were, but you can see them in the pics:

The pics are before I did any cleaning of the intake.
