Which Chip settings?

I have six tunes (no stock setting) and use only Tow and Extreme. I never use the Econo setting. Truck feels like a lump with it.
Just like everyone says, you'll be driving by the EGT gauge once those Stage 1s are in.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I have not yet suffered from my stock HPOP. An upgrade is still planned at some point. And I do use the Econo setting once every two years at an event I like to call - the Smog Test.
