DRIVELINE SLACKKKK!!!

91 F-150, 2WD, M5OD trans, 185 or 285 miles, no way to know for sure. Ahright, so I know a little driveline slack is normal and healthy, but I have so much it's not even funny. When I park in gear the truck rolls almost 2' when I let go of the service brake, and every time I shift it bucks and rattles really bad. For some reason I have an aluminum driveshaft, and it when it rattles it makes a very distinctive sound, different from steel, and I can hear that sound whenever I shift and things rattle. I would really like to start getting some of this slack out of the driveline, and I'm looking for any suggestions based on where the rest of you have found the most slack and/or excessive backlash in your trucks. For whatever it's worth the transmission itself seems pretty tight. I'm keeping in mind that my springs need new bushings and I have no rear shocks (different story, working on it), but I know it's the driveline too because when I park on a level surface in neutral I can crawl underneath and rotate the driveshaft quite a bit by hand. Any war stories would be appreciated.
