01 6 Disc CD Changer

Anyone with an 01 with the 6 Disc changer know which magazine will fit? I have the one from my 99, F8VF-18C833-AE and a F6FF-18C833-AA that I just bought. Neither one work in the 01, they are to small in width (front to back). Any I have found for sale, on ebay seem to be the smaller ones. Most are only described in fit, by the color and/or shape of the eject button on the changer. Any help, part #, or where I can get at least one would be greatly appreciated.

I have an 01 Navigator with the factory 6 Disk Changer. The number on the back of the magazine is: YL1F-18C833-AB

That is the one I have from my 99, it's to small for the changer in the 01. It's starting to look like the 01 has an Alpine head unit. I bought one off ebay and while it's different than the one you mention, it's not right either. I think I need the magazine with the part number begining with F57F, F5TZ, F6DF or F

F but I'm not sure. Might even be possible that this unit was swapped out at some time.... hope not. Going to try measuring what I have and finding one a bit wider, thickness and height look ok.

My '00 XP has the same part # as alloro's - YL1F-18C833-AB
It's 5-1/8 x 5-1/8 x 1-3/8".

Our part #'s end in AB, your two magazines end in AA & AE.
I don't know the differences.

Mine is also an 01 XP, YL1F-18C833-AB, but 1-3/16 thk.

For the 01 EX you need YL1F-18C833-AB, see link below
