yes sir it sure is open header... open hedman hedders that is lol! ive heard also one on you tube i think it was 89 with open manifold also sounded like that one but this had a nastier sound to it!

i have had great luck with the headmns on a l6 i recently just put a set on a 72 wayne chassis van its a little project were using to promote business for my shop but they sound realy nice and definately improved low end torque ive got them coupled with a dual in dual out flowmaster 40 2 1/4" and it turns heads especialy coming from an old ice cream van

Looks great man!! could post a sound clip? i have a flowmaster 40 series as well i just wanted to see what they would sound like!
