Head studs complete! One Question?

Just started my truck tonight after ARP studs, dummy plugs, stand pipes, stc, water pump, rodded radiator, heater core, BPD egr cooler, new oil cooler, cleaned exhaust side of turbo, new batteries, blue spring upgrade, re-ringed injectors, new glow plug harnesses, all new hoses(heater and radiator), I am sure I am missing something. After all of that I have a whistle (or whine) coming from the turbo area. Can't quite pin point it. What do you all think it could be. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a exhaust leak. Check to make sure everything is lined up and tight.

That's what I was thinking. Will have to check it out after work tomorrow. Although the truck seems to run smoother and have more get up and go. Also is there any reason to do a turbo re-learn? I did not disassemble the entire unit.

Not really sure what a turbo relearn is. Don't think these turbos have to.

I did the relearn on mine after doing the same cleaning. I don't know if it needed it or not but you might as well as it's not going to hurt anything.
