Thanks to all of the great tips and advice on this forum I tackled the cladding removal this weekend and it worked great. I did it on a really hot day using fishing line behind the cladding to cut the adhesive. Then I used WD40 to remove the sticky stuff. The paint behind it looks better then the rest of the truck.
Does anyone need this cladding? My truck is a 2000 and black with beige cladding. Let me know it came off in great shape?

Let me know which pieces you want? My zip is 80241 so check out shipping costs. I have had good luck with greyhound freight if you live near a bus station, they are around a 1/3 of the cost of ups on large items. The door trim would be easy to ship but the fender trim will be in a large box.
I found a greyhound in Elria or Cleveland, both are near you but you would need to pick it up at the hub. Cost to ship both parts will be around $45? How about $40 each and you pay shipping to the city of your choice? Greyhound claims it will be there in 1day 10hrs and 5min.... like they have it down to the minute..LOL PM me for payment details
Here is a pic with the cladding gone, new 2011 rear bumper and 22's. Sorry it's a small cell phone pic.
Thanks for trying, but really can't see much in the pic; resolution is too low when I enlarge it. If anyone else has a pic, can you please post or e mail to me at sd_walters at hotmail dot com?
love the way your 2000 looks with the 05-07 front clip swap and rear bumper.
The F-250 I bought a few weeks ago has conviced the wife that she wants/needs an X to replace her Expedition EL. Especially seeing one like yours that is the big version of our Ex EL
Love the 2011 rear bumper. I'm looking to do that on my Ex. Was it a direct swap? Does everything just bolt up with no drilling? Are the back up sensors the same? If you don't mind me asking, How much did you pay for the bumper? Aftermarket or Ford Factory Bumper?
