Would you stop for a frog?

"Frog Crossing" Signs Leave Taxpayers Hopping Mad | NBC Washington

Thought this was kind of funny, so I had to ask...how many of you would stop for a frog? I voted "no".

I didn't vote. There wasn't an option for "h-e-double-hockey-sticks NO".

Hey, hot chicks like to kiss 'em.

Haven't you seen the signs?

"Will leap for hot chicks"

"Snow White is HOT!"

Or the "T" shirt..."KISS THIS"?

Or seen the movie..."The Frog Who Would Be King"?

No. If there's no oncoming traffic...I might swerve to avoid it. More to keep frog guts from slinging all up in my wheel wells though.

I spose I would if there was a sign like that. I did not read the article but I betr it has something to do with a certain species' migration route. I am sure it only lasts for a few days or something. With no sign? I would not stop.

Does this apply to all animals...Do you only avoid deer and geese if there is a deer or geese crossing sign??

If they were trying to protect an endangered species or something...then yes...I could see that. If that were the case, I would think that officials would know the name of the species in question though.

State officials could not say if they were there to protect a particular species of frog.

Does that taste anything like gator? mmm. I got drunk in NO one time and crushed a basket of alligator strips. I remember thinking "damn...these are some good chicken strips."
