Im still gonna pull the valve covers but trying to eliminate everything before having to pull the valve covers off a 200 degree engine lol

Thanks for the offer. It's eating me up not figuring it out. The diagnostics so far point at hpop. For the price a t500 would be worth it anyway even if I swap back to the aa's.
